1970's Mamod SA1 Live Steam Car Roadster Steams OK Ideal To Restore

This Mamod SA1  is exactly as its arrived with us,  all we have done is given it a steam up and it steamed ok.

This is one is one of the early examples with 6 spoke wheels,   level plug, 3 copper rivets to front boiler endcap.

The chrome on the cowling has done the usual and deteriorated,  this could do with a new cowling or perhaps rubbing down and painting. There is generally paint loss and rusting all over,  safety valve and level plug unscrews and tighten as  they should do, only thing I can see missing is the plastic round steering wheel.

 An ideal restoration job or basis for interesting project . 

This one is complete with its belts and a solid fuel burner tray.
